Yes - we provide everything needed, including safe cleaning products and professional equipment. You don’t need to worry about a thing.
What’s the difference between a Standard Clean and a Deep Clean?
A Standard Clean is perfect for regular upkeep - things like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and bathroom/kitchen surfaces. A Deep Clean goes further, targeting build-up in harder-to-reach areas such as skirting boards, behind furniture, soap scum and hard water stains.
Do I need to start with a Deep Clean?
While we recommend all new clients begin with a Deep Clean to give your home the best foundation, it’s not a requirement. If you’d prefer to start with a Standard Clean, that’s completely fine. Should you wish to include extra tasks in your first booking, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly and provide an accurate quote.
What’s included in the Eco Clean Package vs. the Allergy & Health Package?

The Allergy & Health Package is tailored for those with sensitivities, using extra care and allergy-friendly products for a healthier home environment.
Do you offer one-off cleans or only regular bookings?
We offer both! You can book a one-off clean, or choose weekly or fortnightly appointments to keep your home consistently fresh.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the size of your home and the level of cleaning required. Each property is unique, so we provide tailored quotes after discussing your needs. Minimum charges apply.
Do we offer free quotes?
Yes, absolutely! Reach out to us and we’ll provide a personalized quote based on your home and cleaning preferences.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept bank transfer and cash, with payment due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. To keep things running smoothly, please note that future bookings may be paused until payment has been received
How do I book a clean?
You can book by sending us an email or calling/texting - whatever works best for you.
How often can I schedule a clean?
It’s up to you! Choose from weekly, fortnightly, or occasional one-off cleans.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Of course. You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel an appointment - we just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule. Please note that same-day cancellations may incur a fee, as this time has already been reserved for you and is unlikely to be filled at short notice
Do I need to be home during the clean?
For first-time clients, we suggest you be home so that any questions from either side can be answered in the moment. After that, many clients provide us with access so we can clean while they’re out - that way, you can come home after a long day to a beautifully clean and refreshed space. Of course, it’s completely up to your comfort level.
Do you clean while pets are in the house?
Yes, we love pets! We just ask that any anxious or noise reactive pets be secured for everyone’s safety.
How long will a clean usually take?
It depends on the size of your home and the type of clean booked. We’ll give you an estimate when confirming your appointment.
Are you insured?
Yes - we are fully insured, giving you peace of mind while we care for your home.
What if I’m not satisfied with the clean?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
